The trademark “CYE” or “CYE ENERGÍA” or “CYE-ENERGÍA.COM” may not be used without prior written authorisation from CYE ENERGÍA, S.L.U. The terms agent or collaborator are not used in such a way as to be misinterpreted as meaning that CYE ENERGÍA, S.L.U. has an interest or responsibility in the management of third-party businesses.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction.
7.1. CYE ENERGÍA, S.L.U. also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its websites and content, or for the breach of these conditions.
